Florist Designer - Saturdays 9am-3pm + Weekdays (optional)
Summary:
We are searching for a designer to help in all aspects of floral design; including funeral, wedding, holiday, and everyday flowers. Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and understand that speed and efficiency are as important as quality and style. Our designer must have a positive, friendly, and cooperative attitude.
Responsibilities:
*Skillful floral design; spanning traditional and modern styles; wedding, funeral, holiday,
birthday, prom, events
*Friendly customer service while assisting patrons by entering floral orders via telephone and in person
*General cleanup of the work space
*Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and attention to detail
*Creative flair and inventive capability
*Ability to learn and use our order software - computer and website savvy
Requirements:
- Be able to lift 25 pounds
- At least 1 or 2 years floral design experience
- Work from 9am-3pm Saturday
- Loves people and making them smile
- Able to work independantly
Hours:
This is position is available for Saturday 9am-3pm. We are open to extra hours during weekday if that is what you want.
